2022 Retreats

We want to offer a spiritual retreat time to those who might be feeling weary, worn down and wanting a bit of space.

We have asked three Spiritual Directors/Retreat Facilitators to guide you through this time over Zoom; there will be a mixture of self reflection, music, Bible reading, small group sharing and more.

This webinar helped us as leaders to take some time to reflect on the impact of COVID-19 on our own lives and some practices and skills we might take with us as we continue to lead others amidst change and crisis.

This webinar explored what the future might look like for the church. Will the shape, rhythms and functions of the church be different? Is this a time where you church can pivot? How does creativity and innovation play a part in mission?

We explore ways to connect and pastorally support older generations, particularly those who have limited or no access to technology during this difficult time. We will be joined by Belinda Briggs (Ignite Church Leader, Dublin) and Rick Hill (Discipleship Development Officer, Presbyterian Church in Ireland). Both Belinda and Rick will give some reflections and insights from their experience so far. There will also be some time for you to interact and share your struggles and your ideas.

The last week has catapulted us into a time of change for the world and for the church. We are in a space and time where we need to think differently and creatively about being the church. How can we move beyond merely existing as the church and into the mission of God in a new way. In a place of distance and separation. We don’t have the answers but we’d like to start the conversation. Join together with a panel of Church Leaders, missional practitioners and medical experts to explore together the new questions that we are asking about what it might look like to be the church on God’s mission during the Covid-19 pandemic.
